Include templates #9

This update includes templates in the package, a page for the website explaining the templates and a tutorial-template that is very similar to the article.

@burgerga I'm merging it into a separate branch because you said that I should remove the files outside of the docs. I can adapt it from there before we merge it into the stable dev branch?
