The input field for the server address is missing #3

On click: Please setup your Shaarli instance in the options of the extension. The input field for the server address is missing.

version; 1.1.0 installed from the https://chrome.google.com/webstore/

Did I miss anything?

Same thing here. I guess something must have changed on the Chrome/Chromium side causing this regression.
