Multi-arch build #112

I have no clue how you build multi-arch images without setting up QEMU and without specifying anywhere that you want to build for multiple platforms. I'm guessing you use another system. If so, why keep an Action here?

I added the code to build on multiple architectures with GitHub Actions.
