A failed Activation followed by a proper activation results in failure #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Type in a wrong password and fail the activation
2. Type in a correct password
3. Activation still fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

This issue fixed by the same fix applied to the bug where a wrong IP was sent 
in first followed by the correct IP
