Add a few more essential set up instructions to README #603

I installed zeus this afternoon and missed the zeus init step and a couple other set up steps that I found at this Thoughtbot article. They seemed like they should be included in the README so I added them.

First open source pull request, sorry in advance if I'm missing something!

Closing to merge updated passing Travis CI tests. Will create new PR.

Sorry for the late comments I've just started looking at zeus again, and its great to have the instructions :+1: just thought some comments from my own usage might be useful what do you think?

@sideshowcoder - Thanks for the comments. I've made changes, but at this point am a little unsure how to proceed. Should I close this Pull Request and create another with the changes?

Ahh, I see since I pushed the latest commit with the updates, the Travis CI build is re-assessing.
