At first, thanks for the sample! It would be awesome if you could add some information to the readme regarding "how to build" and "how to deploy".

If I open the solution with VS17.8 I get an error for the IoT project, that the VS is not supported. dotnet8 is installed.

Thanks for your help and getting for folks into C# and IoT!

@tscholze Thanks for your request! Currently I am working on getting better documentation into this repo so that it is more useful.
