"Created From" field on a Sales Order does not display when SA is Enabled, but displays properly when SA is disabled. #151

A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

Answer: With SuiteAdvanced enabled, if a Sales Order is "Created From" a Quote Form through the native NS process by pressing the "Sales Order" button on the Quote Form, the "Created From" field displays briefly when the SO form loads, but then vansihes.

SA can then be "disabled" for the page, and the "Created From" field displays properly.

The field group is collapsed. Click on the "Sales Information" text to uncollapse it.
