Docker v20.10.9 was released on yesterday which contains security fixes so releasing new version of BurmillaOS which default to that one.
In additional updated kernel to latest 4.14.x version and buildroot to latest LTS version to keep up with changes on those.
~Marked as WIP until builds are ready and I have made some testing with it.~ Looks to be good to go. Maintainers can see it as draft release.
