Updated Brazilian Portuguese translation and Increased the size of the thread subject

• Added and translated the new strings.
• The strings were sorted according to the original strings.
• Increased the size of the subject in parse_subject() function.
• The 80 char limit is below the 120 char limit of the subject in mybb_threads table. As a result, some topics may have their subject cut off, depending on the Form settings when posting.
