It won't work on Samsung Galaxy mini #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I connect the phone to my computer (Samsung Galaxy Mini)
2.The computer detect is, and starts the drivers installation process
3.when i push the "unbrick button" i get a 'Failed" and nothing happens to my 
cell phone. the screen is always black

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't see any thing on my phone, on the computer i get a "Failed" message.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using the latest one 

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm running windows 7 ultimate x64, I installed java, and heimdall,

On the application.  which app are you using?  a heimdall one-click or 
one-click UnBrick?   

Is your device hard bricked?  If you've got a black screen brick this won't 
help.  Try using ModeDetect

heimdall one click, yes I do have a black screen, but when i use the Vol Down+ 
Home Button + Power Button while it's it's connected to the computer, the 
computer detects it, even odin does, I've used it on ubuntu 11.10 x64, and 
her's the log file

you need to install the drivers as recommended by the program.  they're 
different drivers than odin.  If odin works, than heimdall won't and vice 
versa.  You need a firmware flash.  You're not going to clear a black screen 
with this app.  

The app you are using is One-Click UnBrick, not heimdall one-click. Download a 
heimdall one-click for your device.
