Drivers not installing under windows #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Begin flashing
2. observe error

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that upon an error that identifies the problem as one 
with drivers, the drivers should be installed.  However, they are not under 
certain circumstances

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
Hints: Kies mini, Odin3.

Possible work around, manditory installation as modified INF file.  Drop 
zadig.exe.  Modified INF will provide a more direct installation.

Problem is caused by invalid USB ID on phone.  This is not an issue which can 
be addressed at this level.  Reported to upstream package Heimdall.
