Windows XP files missing #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start program with Windows XP
2. install heimdall
3. click flash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program should flash the phone error free, however a missing file stops the 
procedure.  param.lfs should not disappear, however it does.
