Add gift tickets to Clubhouse #1121

Allow Rangers view and claim gift tickets through the Clubhouse. This will probably entail some API changes too but this is just a stub of an issue so our swiss cheese brains don't let it slip.

Working as intended. Closing out. However a new github issue will be opened to add a delivery method for 2024.
