Alternatively, I'm not particularly keen on missing persons
being in IMS. They our entered/reported pre-maturely (person missing for <24 hours), their resolutions aren't guaranteed to come back to us, and I'm not convince that RSLs actively look for missing adults. It's possible that missing persons are useful to Sanctuary, but our current approach appears to bloat our tracking of 'open incidents'.
And of course, "no one is missing, event over, etc."
Incidents that aren't closed but we're not actively working on them should be put in the "Oh Hold" state. Maybe those should be filterable… Filed #48 for that.
I need to talk to OODs about the incident type list, but for now I'll add:
