Save steps on field being edited even if unchanged on the server. #53

Easy way to demonstrate this is edit an incident summary without hitting return or exiting the summary text field (in Cocoa nerd: "avoid invoking the action"), then save. The changes get wiped out.

Actually I think the real problem here is that we don't capture that edit when we do save, not that we clear it out when the incident comes back from the server.

Same cause as #56. Same fix works.
