Autocomplete should do a 'contains' search instead of 'starts with' #58

That is, if I type "Phil" into the add Ranger field, "Safety Phil" should be in the completions list. If I type "Tokyo" into the location name field, "Ranger Outpost Tokyo" should be in the list.

Fixed in f6c76da81d157cfa03d668a4fc60d003549883cb

I was hoping this change would also fix #60, but no luck…
