Deal with new auth system on server #61

In an attempt to avoid Phil getting in my face about iPads, I reworked the auth system on the server to no longer use transport auth in favor of stupid cookies. See https://github.com/burningmantech/ranger-ims-server/issues/13.

That required the Mac client to update auth as well, working as of 80377118b671c0ee5c1ac6f9d266e10a95d3f249.

Works, but the password dialog comes up multiple times. Files #62 on that.
