Add dial does not work anymore #2

The "add dial" function does not work anymore... It apparently adds the dial, but the new dial does not show in the speed dial page, even though the extension somehow remembers the dial was added, because when I open the same site again I get the blue "Edit dial" button in the url box.

The add-on hasn't been updated in years and likely won't be anytime soon as I've been involved in an epic professional undertaking that leaves no free time for non-essential side projects like this. Furthermore, projects like this are built to my preference and I require a funding source for them before I'll consider outside feature requests.
