Add content/about page #15

It would be nice to have more content on the page explaining what it does, why it exists, what is BrightID, who made it and why etc.

@auryn-macmillan and @adamstallard I could use some help writing up or compiling existing content to put there.

Just post it in this issue if you have anything.

There's a link to the Brightid whitepaper on brightid.org. If you feel like you need more info, please add a suggestion to the living draft.
