Locations table - some way to tie locations to physical location #6

The city's ESRI db has lat/longs for all buildings downtown. It does seem like we need to in some way associate the buildings themselves with a location, either directly or by references something in another table. Right now, there will be no way to for a Building record to "know" what block it is in, what postal addresses are associated with it, or what the adjacent buildings are that the user could move to.

Might be able to link through any current establishments? Gets kind of tenuous though in certain situations.

Update - I just noticed the National Historic Register does have addresses (both single and ranges) tagged to the historic buildings themselves, with no mention of any associated businesses. So we have that address information for many of the buildings. Not sure how to elect an address for buildings not listed or nominated. Might have to research to find out how the addresses were chosen for the Register and formalize a process if possible (if we decide to use addresses - but would be handy to correlate easily with other historic resources like the Register).

It may be as simple as whatever address(es) were associated with the building when the Nomination for the Register was made, in which case that may not really help us.
