Double-click 'Allow HTTP' locks up #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-click 'Allow HTTP' button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Not to lock up.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
Windows 7 Ultimate RTM 6.1.7600

Please provide any additional information below.  Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
Possible fix: Have the button be grayed out/disabled until after the block
lists reload.

Can't reproduce this with PeerBlock r172 on Win7 RC1 64-bit.  Which version of
PeerBlock are you running?

I was using PeerBlock r86 on 32bit. Windows 7
I just tried r172 and can confirm the problem no longer exists.

Okay, great - we'd fixed a couple of issues related to enabling/disabling 
blocking in
recent Interim Releases, was hoping you were running a pre-fixed version.  =;) 
Thanks for verifying that for us!

Closing as a duplicate of Issue 77, the bug containing the original fix.
