Not at least yet, no. I do recall Mark (the leading dev) mentioning that 
sometime in
the future a port might be possible to do.

No, this is not currently possible - we need to clean up the code a bit to 
abstract
away some of the Windows-specific stuff that's sprinkled throughout everything, 
at
which point we can start looking into getting ahold of a Mac to do some dev 
work on
(or finding a Mac dev who'd be interested in helping out).

Marking this as a duplicate of Issue #161.  I'll update the headline of that 
bug to
include the Apple and OSX keywords so that it'll be easier to find the open bug
tracking this issue.
