unins000.exe should be signed #192

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run unins000.exe or shortcut to it "Uninstall PeerBlock" in start menu.
2. you will receive the orange 'unsigned' UAC prompt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
This should be signed, and therefore show the blue 'signed' UAC prompt.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
win 7 x64

Cheers!
