clicking tray icon should show/hide main window #193

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Click on peerblock's tray icon and peerblock's main Window shows up,
clicking the tray icon again should hide peerblock's main window(like most
tray items do with their windows), instead of blinking peerblock main
window's frame.

Sometimes I just want to see the main window and go right to hiding it.
Instead of having to move my mouse to the X of the window, I'd like to be
able to just click the tray icon again to hide it.

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
Windows 7, 64 bit

Agreed - most other programs operate in this manner, so our not doing so is a
bug.
