the problem is peer block ban IP not web pages so pages that are hosted on the 
cloud get the IP changed all the time 
example http://www.liveexercise.com get all the video blocked range "Detect 
AP2P on Amazon EC2 cloud"
this is why IP filtering just fail and you need a domain based filter

PeerBlock will only block IPs.

You need something else to block domains.
