v1.0.0 .r181 problem and v1.0.0.r404 problem

On v1.0.0 r181, if I close peerblock then try to re-open it later, I get Driver 
Error:

PeerBlock is unable to load the packet filtering driver.
This could happen if PeerBlock crashed and didn't have a chance to unload the 
driver, or if the pbfilter.sys can't be found.

The system cannot find the file specified.

And if I try use the updated v1.0.0 r404 then it doesn't block any IP's.

Please help/fix!!!

Please try our Beta Release instead, and let us know if it resolves your 
problem - I think you're hitting Issue #80, which has been fixed in our Beta 
Release train and will be in our next Stable Release (which should *hopefully* 
be coming soon...).

As I said, I tried 1.0.0 r404, which is your beta release, but it doesn't even 
block anything.
