Updating lists resets temp allow HTTP status #358

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Allow HTTP for 15 mins
2. Click the Check Updates button
3. Close the dialog manually or wait till it closes itself

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
HTTP will be blocked when thee update dialog closes instead of being in the 
same state as before the updat
