I noticed about a week ago everytime I tried to update PeerBlock 1.0+ (r484) Beta Release. #387

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or 1.0+ 
(r484) Beta Release
64-bit?
