Add IP to certain list from log window #403

When the main PeerBlock window is shown, it would be very useful to allow 
adding the selected IPs to one of the static lists.

Currently PeerBlock is hard coded to only use 1 perm allow list and 1 perm 
block list so this will be useful to toggle certain lists depending on what is 
needed at the time.

The content menu would then be:
Allow x.x.x.x for xx mins

Add to list 1
Add to list 2

Copy to clipboard
