When DIAMONDing keep "Searching similar sequences, please wait... " on #239

Currently, when performing any type of action, the message will disappear, even though the search keeps running in the background. Would be great if the message "Searching similar sequences, please wait... " (+ blue waiting animation) would persist until the search is concluded.

This will abort the sequence search. Would you like to proceed and abort the search? Abort search / Continue searching
