The documentation set as configured on readthedocs is the master version.

Configured the github incoming webhook integration.

Confirmed that the absolute latest documentation in indeed available at http://natto-py.readthedocs.io/en/master/. Removed the pypi downloads badge. Updated supported python versions. Checked all hypertext links. We should be good-to-go for upcoming 0.9.0 release.
