Atom Panel => Atom Dock #49

Beta 1.17 included a new UI component called Docks that provide an alternative to panels. Termination could benefit. here's an exemplar on conversion:

68 and #89 was a dupe of this, they were closed for that reason.

Both terminus and x-terminal support this at this time
