a PR to explore the data with descriptive statistics and also to explore how to best move forward with presenting these statistics

At this point, I like the direction that sandbox.R has taken, albeit circuitously, towards a multi-angled analysis plan that looks at trends by station, by daily rides, etc.

Questions/tasks that remain:

  1. How to organize the code in sandbox.r for long-term project incorporation
  2. Make a separate weather.r script that pulls weather data
