cannot sync with ics client #4

Hi, I just installed remics plugin for redmine 2.3.0 now i have ICalendar in my calendar and Issues tab in right panel. But when im copying ical url to my client software link outlook,thunderbird or zimbra then It seems that it cannot sync with redmine server (oneway server->client)?

Only issues with a due date make it into the ICS export. You can change that behavior in the plug-in settings globally or in the user settings just for the user.
