On CPT score, it seems you have simple format to grade. I think your summary is nice, but could have and actual example. A little vague.

The first part of hack is good and looks great. There is no hack for a Class related to your project.

The menu for fitness and BMI screen are starting to come together. I don't like the bunching of menus. Since there is a lot of room I would make them look more like a TOC.
