Update R-CMD-check.yaml #25

Apparently, the R CMD CHECK action was not trigger. Let's see if this fixes it

I think we should have the cron jobs run at the beginning of every month in addition to changes to master and pushes.

I agree. I just don't know why it did not trigger with the cron job. Will investigate.
