Remove file I/O from the Minimal-context provider #39

... for better WASM compatibility. Perhaps base another context (Web?) on Reqwest or ureq

Actually this does not seem to be a problem at all, since Rust Geodesy is now in active use by people compiling it for WASM. Some elaboration and further thought surely needed here!
