intellij (platform) integration #46

the primary feature that i dont see available yet that we use from jstestdriver is the ability to run the tests using the same process used to test drive server-side code within the ide. running the server within the ide is not as important as being able to create a run configuration to kick off the tests in the flow of tdd

Looking forward for IntelliJ plugin integration of buster as well!

We are also using IntelliJ at work and it would be simply awesome to run your buster-tests within the IDE.
