Different meaning of "foldToAny" or Bug?

I'm attaching a screen shot for an hyper simple theme, where I can select the 
default action (advanced actions).

In my client (maybe this is only for the PokerstarsIT?) the foldToAny check 
button is not located below the check/fold button, but above the "sit out next 
hand". This prevents this feature to function in blazingstars, which tries to 
click below the check/fold button...

This isn't a bug, per se, it's just an ambiguity in meaning.  The "fold to any"
refers to the fold button which pops up below the Check / Fold button in the 
advance
actions area.  I never put in a hot key for the Fold to Any button on the left 
hand
side of the screen.  I guess that the "fold to any" hotkey needs a better 
name...

I've committed a change which modifies the name to "Fold to Bet".  If anyone 
has a
better name for this, please let me know and I'll put it in.
