PLO support is needed. #21

I don't play PLO, but nothing looked too different in the couple of play
money hands I played.  It should be simple to implement PLO support (a
change to the windowIsTable method in HKWindowManager), but I won't be able
to test it very thoroughly.  Thus, PLO testers will be required.

I've committed changes which enable PLO support for hotkeys.  This is 
experimental,
though, since I don't play PLO.  Testing is needed!

Okay, well, it's been a month and zero issues have reported.  I can take from 
this
that (a) nobody's playing PLO with BS or (2) nobody's reporting issues or (3) it
works fine.  So I'll close this off and specific problems can be reported as 
they arise.
