Fold to Any (on the Left)

Steven, 

I implemented the "true" foldToAny feature (the one on the Left of the 
poker table, above the sit out button) for each of the supported styles.

This is the patch (to be applied on rev. 48 of the trunk). I added the feature 
as keyMap 24 (after the prefBR). 

Let me know if you want to include it (or do whatever you want with it). 

Sorry for the bad timing... I saw that you are restyling everything... 

Also, if you want, I can do some of the help documentation.

Thanks, Luca!  I just merged the changes from refactoring into the trunk, so 
I'll
look at adding your code now.  Given that I've been playing with the code 
structure
so much, I'll probably have to modify it a little bit.  Don't think I don't
appreciate your work, though! :-)

Luca, to make my life easier, could I ask you to regenerate your patch against 
the
current trunk code and resubmit it so that I don't have to merge this by hand?

All right, Luca sent me the patch file by e-mail and I have applied it.  So 
far, it's
working fine for me! Also, support for the Classic theme was included as a 
bonus in
the patch - thanks, Luca!
