Default to a set of simple preset hotkeys #3

Currently BlazingStars seems to start with no hotkeys defined. It would be 
nicer for users if there were already some sensible defaults.

Good idea - I've added a set of reasonable defaults.  To test this function, 
delete
the file com.fullyfunctional.blazingstars.plist in ~/Library/Preferences/ and 
restart
the program.
