Global enable/disable hotkeys #35

As poker players tend to be lazy, I've set up my hotkeys to letters on my 
keyboard, F for fold, B for 
bet etc. However, from time to time I need to take a note on a player and then 
the hotkeys conflict 
with normal typing. 
Could there be a global enable/disable hotkeys hotkey added? So when I need to 
take a note on a 
player I can press "disable hotkey" and do some normal typing. It would be even 
better if the 
blazingstars icon indicates if hotkeys are enabled or not.
