Improve dmg file with "Applications" short-cut #4

For the benefit of first-time users, it would be nice to have a "Drag 
BlazingStars icon to Applications" background image in the distribution dmg, 
along with a shortcut for the Applications folder.

Done.  The background image could stand to be prettied up, but a basic version 
of the
requested enhancement is in place.
