"Not found in this space" error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the Pokerstars client and minimizing it into the dock.
2. Launching Blazingstars (build 22)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I'm not sure if this happened in previous builds but this is the first I've 
come across it. The 
"Blazingstars is not found in this space" error window pops up telling me to 
make sure 
blazingstars is launched in the same space as Pokerstars. Well, Pokerstars is 
in the same space as 
Blazingstars, it's just minimized in the dock. 

When maximizing the Pokerstars client Blazingstars launches properly.

in the
next version.
