BlazingStars should produce a more informative error when the PokerStars preference files aren't found. #56

Currently, BS throws an exception and dies if the preference files for
PokerStars aren't in the standard spot, but this is confusing to the user.
 The program should provide a dialog with a more informative error message
to the user when this happens so that they can correct the problem.
