I have two different things, I couldn't find your email address so I posted it
here. If it's not
correct, feel free to remove it.

1. The fold button...
Maybe make an option where you click to fold (it will do multiple options) or
check if you need
to check. For example:
- We are not yet to act but play 20 tables and want to fold already. Press this
button and it will
check the FOLD mark/box
- We can act and we are allowed to check. If we press fold it will
automatically check for us
without asking if we want to check (or at least respond quicker).
- Its our turn to act, we need to call or fold (or raise). We fold (like it is
now).

At the moment I'm using Fold to any bet button to do this. But sometimes I hit
fold PF and then
it gets limped to me on the BB, I auto check and flop a pair or better and the
first person bets
and I snap fold, not being able to act in time because I play 20+ tables.

2. Setting a standard raise size in the box already before we even touch any
buttons. For
example, my standard raise size would be 2.3x the BB. I preset this and when
the table pops
up this sizing is already in there.

3. A 3bet sizing (% to pot wise maybe). Because the % pot size doesn't work for
me I didn't try
this, but let's say a guy raises 2.5x BB, the pot is 2BBs PF I want to make it
~9 BBs as a 3bet
(this would be a pot size raise).
Like I said before, maybe the pot % work PF as well, then I can just use these
buttons.

3. The pot % button isn't working. I used hotkeys 1, 2, 3 and 4 but non of the
seem to work or
respond. I use a macbook pro 17 inch with 1920*1200 resolution. I have two
monitors 24"
same resolution but I use a special box that makes the resolution 3840 * 1200.

Hi, thanks for the ideas. I'm currently out of the country on vacation, with
limited Internet access; I will
be back on the 7th, and will respond then.

Randy,

Re: 1. I'm not sure what you're asking for here; there's already a hotkey to
check
the fold advance action box, and if you're asking for this to work on multiple
tables
at once, this will not work due to a limitation with OS X. I've tried this
with the
auto-time bank function I coded previously, and it turned out to be a
train-wreck.

I don't really know how to solve the problem where you auto-fold; I can't do
anything to make BlazingStars uncheck a checkbox you've already turned on
yourself
because you shouldn't fold in that situation. But maybe I'm misunderstanding
what
you want? If you can be a little clearer, maybe I can do something.

2. How is this different from using the pre-set pre-flop raise hotkeys? You'd
have
to press a hotkey to bet even if the bet box was pre-filled. Also, if you're
multi-tabling, I would have to continually figure out when the hand was over
and then
pre-fill the box when it was your turn to act. I can't do this without
bringing the
table to the fore-ground, so BlazingStars would be continually popping up tables
without you being able to control anything.

4. I've been getting scattered reports like this. I'm concerned that its your
monitor set-up, but since I have no way of testing your specific resolution, I
don't
know what to do about that. If you're really interested in solving this,
perhaps we
can work together to gather some data from your system that might help me.

I like to help you improve the software and give some of my input. Please
contact me by email
(randy(at)mtters.com) and hopefully you can help me set up the % option.

Randy,

I don't really have time for an extended e-mail exchange right now; if you post
specific information here, perhaps I can help you. Most important would be
console
information, as I've suggested in other issue reports (including one you
filed). If
you can try the % keys and then copy the Console lines that follow into a
comment
here, we should be able to get a sense of why BS isn't firing the PSB routines.

Uh, if you can't get the Console app to open, you've got way bigger problems.
To be
clear: I'm talking about the application found in the directory Applications,
inside
the Utilities folder, named Console (Console.app). When you double click on
this, it
crashes / won't open? If that's the case, you have a problem that I can't help
you
fix. I would be inclined to go take your system to the Apple store, to be
honest.
