Make Preferences closeable with "Escape" key #7

For a program that makes PokerStars usable with the keyboard, BlazingStars 
should also respond to standard shortcuts.

Closing a window is either Ctrl+W or Escape. iTunes Preferences respond to 
Escape. I recommend making BlazingStars Preferences panel also close on 
Escape.
