What does this do

• using kubernetes secrets from AWS Secret Manager
• moving deployment to namespace
• adding a service account
• using exec in entrypoint script to gracefully shutdown

Why are we doing this

Less manual work; more organization.

How should this be tested

Tested this in staging. Make sure things still work
