FIX: Add asyncio environment vars to image

What does this do

• adding asyncio environment variables to images
• removing user for prod image to see if we can exec into it
  • if this doesn't work, will create a ticket to look at it next weekend

Why are we doing this

• improve asyncio debugging when errors occur
• try to fix DO pod
